Aqua Gear Swim School ~ Group Classes Begin March 21, 2009

Aqua Gear specializes in Private and Group swim instruction for all ages in the West-North Palm Beach County area.

Classes are taught in our heated pool by Red Cross certified instructors (WSI).

Mom & Tot group classes available.

Other group classes available upon request.

Flexible scheduling. Classes run Monday thru Friday during the summer, and Saturdays – Spring, Summer and Fall (see schedule below).

Classes for children run 30 minutes.  Adults 30-60 minutes

Swim School Policies

Session I March 21st thru May 9th, 2009

Session II May 23rd thru July 18th, 2009 (no classes July 4th)

Session III August 1st thru September 26th, 2009 (no classes August 15)

Session IV October 10th thru October 31st, 2009 (4 week session)

• Private and Semi-Private classes will be scheduled as pool space is available.
• Private classes may be scheduled immediately. (Pool opens March 14, 2009) You do not have to wait for a session to begin.
• Group class schedule is subject to change depending on demand for certain course levels.
• All classes are 30 minutes (25 minutes in the water). Sessions are 8 lessons.

PERSONAL TRAINING (serving Palm Beach County, FL)

• (In the water ~ of course!)
• AEA*  certified instructor works one on one with client to determine needs and goals.  After assessment, an exercise program is developed to meet those needs.

GROUP AQUATIC EXERCISE CLASSES (serving Palm Beach County, FL)

• Class currently meets every Wednesday 10:15 –11:15AM (year-round…heated pool)
• North Palm Beach Country Club (North Palm Beach, FL on US 1  between Northlake Blvd and PGA Blvd.)
• Class is ongoing.
• Cost $4.00 per class.
• Open to the Public

POST REHAB WORK – (Serving Palm Beach County, FL)

• Special one-on-one aquatic work for those needing post-surgical / post-physical therapy / post-illness  strengthening before returning to a “mainstream” group class.
• Client needs and goals are assessed by AEA certified trainer who will work with the client’s physicians and therapists as needed.
