Ruth Sova BackHab Instructed Cued CD

This CD takes the listener through a 35-minute BackHab session. Verbal cues offer simple descriptions of the exercises with technique correction. You will hear hints for increasing or decreasing difficulty to accommodate varied health levels, contraindications and precautions all while moving through the water with the BackHab program. This CD is intended for use by therapists to review program knowledge or by clients to work independently at the pool.
