Ai Chi III The Visualization Journey Description This course is designed for those practitioners who are already comfortable with Ai Chi and Cultivating the Chi. It is designed for Ai Chi practitioners who wish to expand their practice and take Ai Chi to a different level. It virtually ignores the physical being and focuses almost solely on the mind. It uses psychological/emotional concepts to release blocked energy and allow deeper healing to occur. Needs Identification: Some clients can heal physically to meet a specific goal but either relapse or hit a plateau. At that point, they need a different focus with their healing. The Visualization Journey may meet that need. Objectives: • Follow the Ai Chi healing pathway (Preparing, Healing, Cultivating and Applying) and evaluate the concept behind it • Consider teaching techniques discussed • Match the Visualization Journey to individual clients • Experience deeper relaxation Designed to be used with the Ai Chi III DVD
